Does it have half stops and how well does the blade center up? What is the pull on a scale of 1 to 10 being the hardest. (nail bitter)
Beautiful knife,
Thanks for sharing your work,
Jim

I will post up some other angles this afternoon. It does not have half stop. I make all mine with smooth radius. The blade is nicely centered as the pictures will show later when I post them. The pull is nice. I am not sure on 1-10. But it is on the lighter side but has plenty of spring for a positive open and closed.

here are a few pictures on my way out the door :)
In the closed picture it appears that the stag is not even with the bolster and hangs below. I assure that is an illusion as it is a good fit.. that darn photo voodoo :-)

I had the fortunate pleasure of buying Zoe's FIRST slip joint!!!! What can I say???? It is a great knife!!! I bought two knives from Zoe, one was a tactical folder and then I saw his first slip joint on his website and had to have that one as well.

The tactical folder is a birthday gift so I haven't been able to play with it as of yet but I have been carrying the slip joint everyday for the past 2-3 weeks.

I don't know how the number system works but it is easy to open up with the nail nick, it doesn't have a half stop but it will stop half way when you are opening it or closing it. I have been closing it one handed with no problems. Besides the knife being very pleasing to the eye it is also very sharp. I look forward to doing more business with Zoe in the future.

Your feather Damascus is very beautiful and it certainly adds drama to your well crafted knives.

I have no idea of the user or maintenance qualities of Damascus. I have one nice Damascus custom that I am afraid to use. I do not know how it will sharpen. Will it be damaged?

I use damascus knives as my everyday carry and they are beautiful and a pleasure to use. Sharpening will not damage or change the look or character of the knife, They are lightly blued which helps to inhibit corrosion so a gentle cleaning and oiling or waxing every so often is all that is needed. These little guys are a pleasure to use and easy to maintain. And at not cost I will clean sharpen and maintain it for you , all you need to do is send it to me and you will have it back in lovely condition in a few days...
