My fiance and I are buying our first home together. The appraisal came in under (which is a good thing), but since we had to rewrite the loan with different offer terms, we need to come up with additional funds towards the down payment, asap, because we are already in escrow. The money from these blades will be going towards helping. Any sales are greatly appreciated!

This is another new tactical design from me... It seems like every possible bird of prey name has already been used on knives ad-nauseum, but not the poor Zone-Tail, which incidentally fits quite nicely with the design of the knife, as I designed it to have multiple grip areas.

I think this is amongst my favorites. This is the first of this new pattern, and came out quite striking IMO. This knife is the first of this pattern that I already posted, the buyer requested to cancel the sale so here's a second shot at it for anyone that missed it... I knocked the price down $25 on account of the first home fundraiser.

CTS-XHP @60rc, .155" thick
Hollow ground w/hollow swedge
4" edge length, 8.75" OAL, 7.2oz
Black G10, 416ss hardware

I'd like to get $225 ($190 price drop) shipped for this one. Includes pictured sheath. Tek-Lok and/or leather sheath available for extra charge.

Ian I sent you a couple of PMs - just wanted to make sure you got them?

Hi,

I'm happy you dropped me a note... My PM box hit max capacity, and while I was deleting a few pages of older PM's, I accidentally deleted all my recent ones and couldn't remember your username exactly.

PM sent.

Sounds good, I'll let you know as soon as I know. Thanks!

Don't be too sad if you end up with the ebony one... It's been in my personal collection for over ten years. Very nice stuff. Very rich color in the stripes and takes an amazing finish. Super tough too... It's almost as hard as ironwood to work with.

Edit: Edit: Looks like I misinterpreted the buyers message. He would like to take the buckeye version, so looks like the ebony one is all yours. You can email and I'll get you set up with payment info (my email is ouspco at gmail dot com)

Thanks a lot Shawn, appreciate it.

Sorry about that Rick, they are both sold.

I got a really good response on the kiridashi I posted yesterday, so I am probably going to be doing a big batch of them if you would like to get in on it. I could throw one more in of that style or today's style if you like.

Ian,
I am interested in the same style, steel, grind and handle material as the ebony kiridashi/mininecker as show here.
Could you post a picture of these in your hand as well as the "Zone-Tail."
Thanks

Wayne,

Here's a few shots of one of the kiridashis that buyer requested earlier. I can post up a pic of the Zonetail first thing in the morning.

Keep in mind, I have been told a few times that my hands are larger than average and people have said the knives were larger than they expected based on the photo. I added the shot with a dollar just to help that a bit.

Hi Wayne,

Here's a picture of the Zonetail in hand. I'll go $199 on this for the next 24 hours. All of my tacticals sell for $250+, I put a lot of work into them, and pricing one this low is uncommon.
