ZT 0200 Three Knife Givaways!

Well,.....i was kinda hoping for some imput from Thomas before i began this,......but i guess i should get this started if i am going to get these delivered by Christmas.

Anyway,......we all had so much fun (especially ME! :D) with Glockman99 getting his Zero Tolerance ZT 0200, that i KNEW i had to do this again!

..........Times THREE!

So here goes,.....................3 good folks on the Blade Forum are going to be getting a new in box ZT 0200 or ZT 0200ST (partially serated blade), and YOU are all going to decide the winners! Each winner can decide which model they would like.......

As i am fairly new on the Blade Forums,......i figured there are a lot more experienced members here that have a much better handle on who is most deserving!

Either thru contributions in content of posts, or for whatever reason you think appropriate,......one vote from each member will count toward the eventual winners.

There will be just 3 rules, and the reasons why are quite obvious:

1) ONE Vote only, and you cannot vote for yourself, .....as we could concievably end up with a huge tie!

2) You have to have been a member for at least 3 months (from 8-28-07 and earlier) to vote,......otherwise we would be getting new signups for the express purpose of voting for friends,.....and if you haven't been a member for at least that time period your vote wouldn't mean as much anyway. (reasonable length of time on the forum equals an appreciation for the standouts!)

For the same reason i will excuse myself from the voting, for although i initially signed up about 10 months ago,.....i can't truthfully say i visited the site with enough frequency to make any judgement as to someone's deserving a knife. (Dann's "wailing" and post count got to me, however!)

So i'm out of the voting,.....in either direction! :D

3)So as to get these 3 knives delivered in time for Santa,......voting will cease on December 15th by midnight EST.

Not a "rule",......but It would be "nice" that along with your vote,...... you mention a short note as to why you think that person should get a ZT 0200 . Try not to embarass anyone,......but humility is not one of this forums strong points! :D

It would also be nice for these three ZT 0200's to go to members not already having one,.......kinda takes the anticipation out of it for you and the excitement out of it for the rest of us,...........but i won't require it.

So there you have it,.....ONE VOTE ONLY,.........so don't waste it!

IMPORTANT: Think carefully before you vote, as i don't want to have to go back looking at edited voting choices. It is perfectly OK to edit the reason you may be giving for your vote, however.

Any help by moderaters in verifying voting eligibilty and keeping track of the voting totals would be MOST appreciated! I'll do my best to keep track of it all,......but a backup would be helpful.

NOTE: I am not familiar with all the knife laws in every area,......so if a 4 inch blade would be illegal in your locality,......please let everyone know and i will contribute similiar funds to a Kershaw knife(knives) of your choice that would be legal.

STR, Not sure if he frequents the Kershaw Forums much, but i was searching for a silver clipping for the Spyderco Native and he sent one to me at no cost! It might be jsut a clip but it was a super nice thing he did for me.
 
Totally amazing of you, Joe! You would have already had my vote, if you were eligible and didn't already have a pile of 200's.

My next choice would have been Thomas, for all the things he has done for everyone, but I'd guess he already has one. ;)

Yep,.....1 vote per person with one knife going to each of the top 3 vote getters.

(Although i suspect the 3 top vote getters will most likely be someone most all of you might have given a 2nd & 3rd vote to anyway!)

STR because i broke my ATR clip, becuase i followed a bit of his advise. He made me a new clip for me and then shipped it at no cost. He truly deserves it

dang guys. STR is a great choice, but i think that I will have to vote for Jeremy (nygiantsfan). He has helped me more than anyone (KD is a close second) in the use of these forums. He's a cool guy and someone who is dependable on brightening your day with his sense of humor.
 
Man this is tough...kinda like lookin at a litter of lab pups and having to decide which one's your favorite...My vote goes to Dave (Kershawguy). He's been more than generous to all of us (just like you, Joe), and he certainly deserves some good pay-back.

I'm in for Kershawguy as well. I know he has a house full of Kershaws but he surely deserves one as a gift. I know that if I need something (rare knife et.) he will likely have one that he is willing to sell me for a more than fair price or will keep an eye out for one. And he gives away his now famous Minted Honkers on a regular basis. Thanks Joe for this very kind gesture and thanks to kershawguy for all you do around here. You are both gentlemen of the highest caliber.

yeah about that dancing......i need to yell at my friend Alicia about that. we havnt gone yet. Christmas break is coming though.....:D

Now Dann,.....i didn't stipulate moderators couldn't vote,.....and in fact it is your experience and longtime presence on the forum that would suggest your vote would be most noteworthy!

There are so many deserving people that frequent this forum, several have been mentioned already, If I could vote for 3, Jeremy and Dave would have been two of them. If it weren't for Jeremy's original Kershaw News Thread, I might never have found this forum. Dave for his generosity and all the info he contributes.

Since I can only vote for one, I'll go with offsetlover, based on sheer enthusiasm, he's on a student's budget, and I'm pretty sure he doesn't already have an 0200. The question is will the 0200 convert him like it did Dann? 0200lover doesn't have the same ring to it.
