Just want to add another positive experience to the hundreds of others that have had a positive experience.

I shipped my knife out on the 27th of July, they received on the 30th. They fixed a minor issue with the blade closing too far, sharpened it up and sent it back looking new (Aug 14th). For those keeping track, that is 2 weeks 4 days including shipping time and weekends that I did not have my knife. I would say that is pretty damn fast!

Now the minor knocks on the process.
1. They attached the clip in a different place then when I originally sent it.
2. I would have liked some type of conformation on receiving the knife (email would be fine) and an update that it is shipping back out.
3. A list of services preformed would have also been nice.

Overall, I couldn't be happier but figured it was worth mentioning these minor items.

ZT for the win!

They might have just replaced the whole knife entirely.

glad to hear this again :)

side note- i have a blem i need sharpened i emailed then tonight but anyone have experience getting a blem sharpened even though its sold without warranty

I don't think they'll do it. As per Thomas at Kershaw, once a blem leaves their facility they never want to see them again.
