ZT 0303 Back Spacer

New guy here from Texas, glad to be on board. I picked up my first Zero Tolerance from CRAIG. It has a glowing backspacer that im not terribly fond of. Where would anyone recommend that I go to get the correct, or a non glowing aftermarket?

No problem. The 0300 series was discontinued, but I don't think that'll effect their ability to send you one. I got my first ZT about a month ago, an 0560, so I know how you feel right now. :) Enjoy it!!
 
Congrats on the ZT and welcome. The 301 is still in production, so the spacer is available. Whether or not it's free or if they'll send you one is TBD. They do have a great warranty policy and department.

I would get on the phone. They will get back to you via email but i find the phone is much faster in the turn around. They also have contact form on the website to request specific parts. Im not sure if the backspacer will be in that or not. Just remember if you stick with the email thing or even the parts request that its not all that uncommon not to get a response back but the parts will just show up.
 
contacting ZT is the right step :D
