Yes, tools are included, along with pocket-clip, as found on web-page. I hadda look to see.
I bought two of these, NIB. One as a gift and another for kicks.
I hadn't bothered to take all of the stuff out of the box. Yes, it has an extra clip and carbide tools.
Very darned nice setup.
If you don't buy it, I get to keep one. It is $180 new. Mine is new.
