ZT 0360 SKD Interest

Wonder what a, say, 310 would look like. A 300 series with this style blade?

Come on, you know someone had to ask it!
 
I know i seen a pic of one someone mod'd on here before. I'll look for the pic. Unfortunately I don't see that happening unless we get another company as awesome as skd to order them.

I dont know how I feel about the 03XX being cut down like that. But if ZT made one like it I'm sure I would buy it. I need my ZT hit every so often to stay sane
 
im a little late to the party but I am so impressed with my two zt knives that I voted yes, it's all i can do to force myself to let my wallet recover before I order a 0560. I think this would be a great addition to the collection.
 
Those look pretty NICE! The mod'd 300-series, that is. Almost as good as the 360.

Yeah almost!

I think it would never happen but if it did it would finally persuade me to get a 300 series. They just aren't usefull to me, too big. Thats why i really want a 360, it's just right! Thats not saying i wouln't get one if the right opportunity came along!:rolleyes:
 
Now that i look at the top pic again i can't tell if it is gound down the spine, or it's just the new blade grind and a shadow that makes it look that way?

That 0300 looks nice, the worst thing about the 0300 series is the blunt tip, cant stab crap. I saw a guy who had his made into a tanto, looked pretty decent.
 
I would love to see that! That's my whole problem with both the 30x and 350. That is why I am pushing so hard to help get this 360 off the ground. That would be my perfect knife and the glass breaker helps too!

I would definitely buy one. I have been looking for an 0360 for over a year. Coyote with a satin slabs would be great. I'm very happy with S30V...how do you get bored with something that performs so well ? Three years ago I shot a moose in Alaska. I skinned the animal with a Randall but did all the fleshing with my 0350 to save the antlers for a wall mount. The 0350 did great and only needed a touch up. It was nice having such a big belly to keep working that tough skin. ZT's S30V stays sharp and is easy to sharpen when needed. The G10 slabs have just the correct amount of texture for a secure grip but don't wreck your hands or wear out your clothing. I think the 0360 would be a great EDC...my 2 cents !!

I'll take your 2 cents and raise you a Hell Yeah! I have carried my 0350 with me in the woods. Everytime I carry it I end up not getting anything. I forgot it last year on the last day of deer season and don't i get a buck! Oh well, looks like you confirmed my thoughts on skinning!

I think when they updated the description on the knife their automated system just sent out emails to everyone on the list

guys- sorry for all the confusion. we found a few p-t.com version 0360.skd's at the warehouse and updated the inventory on the 0360.skd item number by mistake instead of the p-t.com version... this inventory addition kicked out a bazillion notification emails... the knives sold out instantly and we got a lot of folks all excited for naught :(

regarding colored scales, that may be available in the future, but this next run will be limited to black scales for now per zt. thanks for your continued interest- i'll be posting any updates here!
