So I got the 0392 in hand today, it's about 2oz heavier than the 0454 has a smaller blade. I do like it but with the 0454 being a bigger knife and weighting in at a mere 4oz I don't think the 0392 will be replacing it as my main edc. Here some pics for your viewing pleasure

Nice comparison shots!

The 0454 definitely has a more custom look too it. For me bigger is not always better and the weight of a knife is a non issue, always choose which one I think i'll need for the days tasks.

When I can get a bigger knife that fits my hand better for lower weight is a win win for me

That's a very nice pair! Congrats on getting them both! The 0454 really does make for a nice EDC and user. The upcoming 0452CF is going to be great, especially for those that weren't able to get in on the original 0454.

I know CF is strong stuff, but I always feel more comfortable with two slabs of Titanium than CF. That said, the 0454 is one nice looking knife!

Very nice pair. Thanks for sharing.

I keep thinking the 0392 is a big knife, but seeing it next to the 0454 it looks kind of small.;)

Nice!

Can't wait for the 0452cf to come out.

I am excited for the plain blade regular 0450 and 0452's announced this year. Though I will still hang onto my 0454, since it is one of a kind.

I was looking at the specs for the 0392 and it seems like it is very similar in size to the 0801 but I have not seen a shot of them side by side yet.

There was one in the first locked 0392 thread, if I recall. I think the 0801 was slightly wider.

Thanks for the pic. For me there are two things that would keep the 0454 out of my collection. It is too large to legally carry in my state, (as well as many others) and there is no lefty carry option. But congrats on your examples, and keep 'em sharp :D

You should check out the 0450. :) Similar design by Sinkevich, 3.25" blade, KVT, Ti handles, and clip can be swapped for lefty carry (tip up only).

So I carried the 0392 around all day today, sort of like when I use to edc the 0350 you are always aware that the knife is there. The blade thickness makes my emerson mini commander seem small. I will certainly be keeping it, it is like a work of art

I missed this one, but I think I can score one of the Hinderer brand variety. Should be cool too. :D
