Yes. This pockets were milled to the thickness of the inlays, 0.03125 (1/32) and then epoxied in.
I consider this one a bit of a goof.
1. The bottom inlay hits the pocket clip hole on the handle side.
2. There was a tiny bit too much epoxy in the front side, so i had to do a little sanding. This ended up making the carbon fiber layer inconsistent. I will be more careful next time with the epoxy.
Thanks for all the kind words guys. "Pimping" this knife has really become a passion. Mr. Sinkevich left so much blank space to be creative. I can't say enough about how inspiring the other ZT-0450s (anodized, flamed, etc) have been.
