Practically brand new in box. The only reason it isn't is because when I received it, I sharpened it to where it is hair popping sharp. And when I originally received it from where I ordered online, there was the most microscopic nick on the blade itself. Now this also comes with in addition to the red stand offs, some custom silver stand offs to make it all one color that you can take the knife apart and add it on. Comes with the original packaging and everything. So if the blade issue bothers you, you could always send it off. I got this a few weeks ago, never carried it or cut with it.
