ZT 0452 CF

It's very rare every single specimen of a particular model, from any company, will weigh exactly what is stated on their web site.
You can relax though, Knifecenter doesn't send out clones.
Enjoy your knife....it is an excellent one!!

If my math is correct, .281 ounces or slightly less than 1/3 of an ounce.
First I saw a clone of a benchmade 940-1 benchmade says they have a hard time telling them apart and then I saw the 0452 cf clone and from the clip I could not tell the difference ! I guess any popular production knife I buy is capable of being cloned. It takes the peace of mind out of the hobby ..

Thank you

Edit: the 452cf clone is indistinguishable from the real thing. Only difference is the detent.

But knife center don't sell clones.

940-1 is very easy to tell the difference. In fact the easiest way is to look where the clip screws in, it's Grey on the fake and black on the real thing.

Maybe the interior machining profile on the lock side has been changed as an "improvement" or update. ZT/KAI may not have updated their specs.

I just weighed my 0452 (ser.# 4841) and it was 4.34oz. or 124 grams.
