I got this knife from an AD about 4 months ago. The detent was very stiff. I used a dremel to bevel the lip of the detent hole on the blade. See album for photo of this area.
It now works flawlessly.
The pivot screws also became loose easily. They are now secured with blue loctite. The action of the knife is excellent. There are a few fine scratches on the blade, as
I did use it during the time I had it, but they are not easily seen. I sharpened the knife using an Apex Edge Pro. There is also a small amount of
glue residue on the presentation scale, near the pivot.
