Catch and release for me. Received in a trade, so I'm not the original owner, and I would rate this knife at 99% new, just because of that fact. It has not been used, sharpened, any of that. Very strong detent. If this blade were a half inch shorter you would not be reading this. I REALLY like it, but it's a little long for my taste.
