.... and sold out again. If you don't have one ordered yet, I'd recommend continuing to try for at least another 15 min. Their page is loading fast now, so if you keep hitting reload, more might be released from a cart and pop up.
 
everytime I leave the site and go back, I have one already in my cart, with the timer restarted at 15 mins. I empty the cart, leave the site, go back and there it is again.
 
Note the message now displayed on the 454 page:

"There are currently no more left for purchase. However not all purchases have been completed. If anyone does not complete the purchase within the 15 minute time frame their item will be made available here again. So check back in a few minutes."
 
I got one including confirmation email, but the system still thinks I have one in cart as well, no matter how many times I remove it, it's still there when I go to another page. I'd keep trying for a while yet, who knows how many are tied up in carts that can't be emptied.
 
Had one in my cart, kicked it out for someone else to snag. This one just doesn't do it for me, and I didn't want the hassle of flipping it.

Given this experience, I am actually quite pleased at how the limited editions will be released in the future. It was not especially difficult to snag one if you were prepared (aka waiting in front of your computer). Now all you really have to worry about is having the money, there's almost no luck involved.
 
Got another back in my cart. Geez, I'm really waffling on whether to pull the trigger on this or not...

Things staying that way is what we would hope for. 0392 may prove to be different... More demand and maybe if the 0454 proves to be lucrative on the secondary. Nevertheless, I like the move. No favoritism, no games, etc... Show up at a set time- be prepared- and you have a fair shot.
 
I may end up trading this knife for a few sprint runs or something, I just don't see myself using it or getting any joy out of looking at it on a shelf but I didn't want to miss out and I really like the 3 zt I've bought recently. Maybe my opinion will change when I have it in hand.
 
I gotta wonder about people who "carted" these just not to buy one.

Find a hobby...oh...wait.

I have high hopes for the 0392; I think they will produce more than 272 of them since it's a far less complex knife. The lower price however might attract more potential buyers though, so it may get dicey. Hopefully the servers will be upgraded a bit in time for that.
