ZT 0550 grind issues?

Figured this was going to come... I am a bit picky, most of my knives (spyderco and BM mostly) are pretty close to perfect, like the para 2 is. But, I found that if you do use it hard or drop it the wrong way
the pivot can break loose or the liners can become mis-aligned. But I have never owned a ZT or a framelock for that matter and the things I have noticed so far bug me a bit.
The issues with the para 2 I have noticed do not though, because those issues are due to the design of the knife itself.

I guess I got a bad one, I cannot tighten the pivot down all the way or it wont open, and when I get it loose enough to open smoothly it has play in it. Do some reading on the net, there are people with similar issues.

Show me a link...

I am an electrician and I use my knives at work, for work. So they do get dropped from time to time.

Stop dropping them.
Unless you're getting electocuted, being an electrician has no bearing on dropping knives.

Stop dropping them.

Hehehe. I have an electrician at the construction site where I am the whole day. If he dropped things a lot, he'd be tired after a whole day of climbing up and down ladders and scaffolds.

I hope you're not as careless with your wiring as you are with your tools.

I've had two ZT0551's, the first had a noticeably uneven edge (higher on one side than the other). The second one, which I recently purchased, is perfect. I'm definitely keeping this one, its a great knife.

Well that was a little insulting, whats your problem anyways?
