I can agree that a production knife doesn't have to be perfect, however his knife sounds like it should have never left the factory. A flipper that doesn't flip? Yeah, I'd have a problem with that.
 
Hey guys I got my knife back from KAI a few days ago and the difference is night and day. They received my knife on a thursday and I had it back in my hands the very next wednesday.
I never got a chance to ask them what was wrong with it because I got it back so quickly. All I can say is that it now opens SO MUCH better. Thanks to the great people at KAI USA, they know how to treat their customers.

I have a 0301 that needed a new tortion? bar last year, when I contacted them about it they sent me two complete parts kits so I knew they were going to take care of me, I just didn't think it was going to be that fast.
