I need one. Since I have matching sets of 2 SW TilT's, 1 DLC. 2 SW 0777M390's, 1 DLC. At the moment I have 3 0600's so I need to sell/trade to get a DLC and I'll have a 3 matching sets of knives.

The only thing about this is if you actually learn about coatings it is not a DLC coating as the knives would be far more expensive if it was a true DLC coating. Did some research after watching on of Jim Skelton's videos on this topic and he hit it right on the money. I believe it is similar to PVD or is a PVD coating which is cost way less.

I like Jim and I have known him for many may years but he doesn't always have his facts 100% straight.

Back on topic though, the 0600BLK looks very nice. Goes well with the carbon fiber insert.

Did you hear that? That was me!!! I just knocked over the china cabinet and fell down the stairs. I got a zt 0600blk today with a serial # matching my SW Tilt (won't be shipped, of course, til Monday). Never used to give a rats ass about serial #'s; matching, low or otherwise. What the bleep does a tiny, little numerical etching on the corner of a blade have to do with anything pertinent to the knife itself, after all?

But all of a sudden, and to my embarrassed chagrin, yea, there's a cheesy grin on my face.

Me thinks this portends bad things for my future...more to the point, my fiscal solvency.
