I am more and more happy with my 0640 as I customise it

my modifications so far:
OD micarta overlays
Ti silver pivot and hardware
Ti silver deep carry pocket clip

maybe I will consider a regrind in the future
 
Looks great! I picked up the 0640 3 days ago. I am loving it! I even rather like the phlegm green fiber scales. Got a Lynch deep carry on its way, and will probably get a larger thumb disk. Would you mind sharing where you got the titanium hardware from? Really like that pivot!!
 
Yeah, I remember another thread of yours showing off those scales. Ever since I saw those photos it's been on my list. Those Micarta scales are amazing, so much better than the factory.

but you can look for “zt0640 titanium parts” and get some options there
 
I recently purchased a 640! Came with a deep carry clip, added green canvas scales and a bronzed monster disc cause it was already anodized bronze. It looks fantastic. Only thing.I might do is ceracoat the blade black after.a.regrind!!!!

On the to do list. Just got back from the Great American Outdoor Show and wound up dropping the.money planned for.that on a Hogue otf and a BattleHorseKnives knife! Not to mention ammo and all sorts of other stuff! As far as pics, I'm definitely dain bramaged when it comes to posting those!!!
 
Those look great, guys! I totally dig that Bugout clip, unfortunately I already ordered a Lynch deep carry. This site is dangerous. It’s my most expensive knife, and you guys already have me wanting to drop more on it too customize...

absolutely I do!! It took two days before I could even open it with the other disc. Once I got I went back and forth and definitely makes it much easier for me to deploy with out having to consciously be aware of what I'm doing!!
 
Thanks for the reply. Your knife looks bad@$$!! I think I’ll probably go for it! Though I am getting better with the stock disk.
 
Also, my hand/hands are screwy! My index finger doesn't bend, at all thanks to a blowout on my Harley at 70+. Lucky though that's the worst of it aside from ripping off my boots, t-shirt and turning my jeans into assless chaps and roadrash head to toe. Pinky.is.screwy too. Can't extend it any more. Either hand. Anyway, I'm limited as to how I can hold and manipulate a knife!! Monster disc makes big difference for me!
