How is the 640 opening left handed? is there enough room to get your thumb in there ? that gray precision thumb lug might be good in that case...

I am horrible at doing anything left handed but I just tried a few times and with the monster disk I can fire it out pretty hard about 90% of the time. Left handed is not as comfortable as the scallop makes it for a righty to use, but a true lefty should have zero issue.

Here are some pictures of it installed in a bit so you can see how much clearance it gives. Just be aware that the ZT Emerson collabs don’t use the same size disk as a standard Emerson, so you have to buy the one he specifically sells for the ZT line.

Laugh all you want. I own knives that are well into the $1k range and the Socom found a way into my pocket since last August. It's a good knife, plain and simple. Some of you material queens will disagree, and that's fine.
