I used to have a ZT 0200 and lived it except for wishing the scales were a little thinner/slimmer so it would br easier to put stuff in the same pocket the knife was in. Any suggestions for something similar quality and size for the same price range?

ZT0350 and Spyderco Military are two I own and like to carry. They're fairly thin for how robust they are.

Yes both great knives. Nice thin profile on both.

The Manix 2 XL is more ZT 200 size, also S30V and FFG for around $100 if you like the looks of the manix 2 but the size of the ZT 200 (minus the thickness)

The ZT0200. If you can put a little time and effort into it, you can slip the handles by sanding them. Start with a rough grit (low number), and work your way up. I've done this on some thick handled knives with good success.

That is a very intriguing. Wish I had thought of that. If I started with 150 grit and ended with 1400 the scales would still look good and be thinner?

A little more money, but sounds like almost exactly what you're looking for, except for Ti framelock instead of Liner lock- Combative Edge M1

I'd say that, too. My knife collecting friend got a 0200; I got the Spec Bump. Having compared the two, the Spec Bump is definitely thinner and easier to carry in the pocket. What I really like about it is that the 3D machining on the G-10 is designed so the knife is grippy in the hand, but smooth where the pocket clip meets the handle. Hence, it doesn't rip up your pockets like the 0200 does. The neat lock design and minor steel upgrade are also nice. Plus, Ken Onion has stated that it's his favorite of his production designs. They were discontinued a while ago, but you should be able to find them around the price of a 0200 without too much trouble.
