What size torx bit do I need to change the pocket clip? Recommended way to break in the pocket clip for easier retrieval? Thanks for your help!

I believe all the 0350's use T6 for the pocket clip screws. As for adjusting the clip tension, you can just bend it to make adjustments. Some people also sand down the G10 under the clip to reduce friction.

You could put a deep carry pocket clip on it, reduces the tension quite a bit, no more shredded pockets
