ZT 560 lock up.

Is it new? Are you sure this isn't just happening because it's cold? You may just have to break it in more. Mine was sticky at first but after playing with it for a while it smoothed out. If you want to accelerate the process you can put a small dab of extra fine diamond strop paste on the lockbar and exercise the lockbar a bit. That polished the end and increased the contact patch area. Just be sure you completely clean it off when you're done. Kinda risky, but it worked perfectly for me.

Sometimes it takes more than a couple applications of the sharpie to be effective. Your knife is still under warranty.

I got it used but lnib. It was fine at first but has gotten worse over the past 3 weeks.
