ZT 562 or ZT 562CF

I think you will be happy with G10 version.
I personally like elmax more than cts-204p and I don't really like satin that ZT putting on their knives.
BTW - you can use 0562 as prybar without any worries because it's really thick behind the edge.

Got my ZT 562 earlier today and I'm definitely happy with it. :)

That's a nice scale you have on yours! Was briefly tempted to get mine anodized with a custom scale, but decided it'd be a bit of a waste once the knife started collecting some "battle scars". :P

Thanks BT for keeping us informed, how is sharpness?
 
Out of the box, factory sharpness is great. Not sure of a standard way to measure sharpness, but I did the typical paper cutting test and I ended up with a bunch of cleanly cut confetti on my desk. :P

One thing I did notice is the edge seemed much smoother with very few grind lines as compared with the other new knives I've got so far. The blade didn't catch as I cut with it either. Still not anything close to a mirror polish, but not leaving me feeling like I need to touch it up at all.
