ZT 566CF Question

I recently purchased my first ZT; a 566CF. I immediately bought some blue blue titanium screws for it. I replaced the screws and noticed that when the knife is closed and I shake it, it make no sounds. When I open it and shake it, I'm almost positive that the screw that goes into the small washer at the end of clip, that appears to be part of the locking mechanism, rattles. If it's not that screw, something rattles. When your 566CF is open and you shake it, do you hear any rattling? Thanks

i think what you hear is the torsion spring rattle. use silicone grease in the cavity and the rattle goes away.

yep, pretty common on speedsafe knives.

They run fairly smooth when they're deassisted

Try tightening the screw a tiny bit. When he knife is open the lockbar moves over and there is no tension on the washer

Don't these have nondetent when you deassist them though. They should really offer the 0566 nonassisted.
