ZT for EDC

ZT 0801Ti, 0770, 0450, and 0808.

From your list, I have owned these models, as well as many other models. The 0562 seems to be the most popular model on the sales threads, so lots of folks like this model a lot. It is very similar to the highly-rated Hinderer XM-18, and some folks prefer the 0562 to the higher-priced XM-18. This 0562 and 562CF models have a special flat-ground "slicer" blade that provides both slicing efficiency and a tough point, and offers a good stainless blade-steel. It is a flipper knife and pivots on ball-bearings. A very nice knife. I've not yet owned a 0562 or the carbon-fiber model, but I really should...to see what the hype is all about.
I like the 0808 and 0801 for medium duty, the 450 for light duty. If your hand size is large, the 0450 may be too short in the grip for you. If you like to slice an apple occasionally, then don't get a thick blade. If your work needs are casual, don't get a thick blade and heavy knife. The 0909 is a heavy knife at 7 ounces. The 0900 has a short blade, which affects what you can do with it.
ZT makes a model which fits your carry needs. You just have to match them up.

I hate not seeing the ZT0456 on your list for 2 reasons. 1. it is my favorite and 2. weight is not a factor for you. I think the 456 is an awesome EDC and hard use knife. You just have to be willing to use it and not worry about keeping it shiny. Of the ones you are interested in I would say it is a very tough call between the ZT0562 and ZT0801TI. Either or both would be an excellent choice. Regardless it will be a ZT so it will be a fantastic knife.

I like the regular ZT801. It does what a good folding knife should and is very solid. I would be happier if there was less printing of the blade but that wears off over time.

Here is a video of the Todd Rexford design.

That being said, I still EDC a Gayle B. which is similar in some ways to this ZT0801.

How come? Because I've also been looking for a manix but figured the 0562 was superior for some reason...
The manix blade cuts and slices better. It gives me more opening options. I just seem to gravitate towards the manix more.
Nothing against the 0562. Its a great knife. I have the g10, Elmax version. My option is its one of the best ti frame lock flippers.

I pulled the trigger on the 0562 CF in CPM 20CV. I will post pictures and give you all an update! Thanks!
Nice. Cpm 20cv, i always wanted to try that steel.
The 0562 is a great design. It has great ergos and flips great. I think its one of the best zt's

I've carried and used both the ZT 0808 and the 0770CF for nearly a year now, both a gift from a friend here and they are both very capable knives. The 0808 Rexford flipper is addictive but a great edc with a S35VN steel blade, at first I thought the blade shape, a modern/modified Wharncliffe would be difficult to use because of the chunky angular grinds on the blade. Turned out it was useful, friendly and the reinforced tip is in line with the spine and is great for drilling and starting holes. It's almost like a fat awl with a sharp tip. The more I used it the more I loved it and now it's the first knife I grab for any hard use jobs.

The 0770CF feels so light you could easily forget you'tr carryin' it. The Elmax blade takes and keeps a razor's edge with relative ease and the blade shape has more belly that the 0808 which makes it a better slicer. The only complaint I have is the lack of weight, if not clipped to my LFP I lose it in the bottom of my pocket and have to fish for it among my pocket's detritus. They are both great blades, I carry both and would highly recommend either or better yet get them both, you won't be disappointed.

You won't regret it. It's a great knife!

Great pic, what do you use to post a picture? I only use my iphone, so I'm not sure what to use....

Hey everyone! the knife is phenomenal, but it slipped out of my hands when I was juggling my phone and other things and the carbon fiber scale...idk how to explain it. Not chipped..almost like someone took sandpaper to it and grinded it down a bit. Nothing noticeable unless you heavily inspect it though...BACK TO THE KNIFE--> it's bigger than I expected which is good because I prefer larger knives, and I really like the heft. The ergonomics are amazing and there are zero hot spots. I like the decorative oversized pivot, and this is the first knife that has a deep carry clip standard with the knife. I know some people have different opinions on deep carry but I mean that the knife isn't visible at all. I like the swedge, the "slicer" grind and the stout tip. Super happy with this knife. Only other ZT I ever handled was a 0350 and wasn't too pumped about it. But this knife changed my mind. And I'm starting to like it more than my spydercos. Thanks to everyone who helped me make a decision.

Also i don't know how to post pics..and I only use my iPhone. So if anyone wants to help me out there I'd appreciate it!

I've been carrying my 0562CF for over two years.... I preorder my 0562CF pretty early and instantly fell in love. Really a nearly perfect EDC. Easily my favorite blade which caused me to put all my other knives away and not purchase another knife until last week. I've been alternating between my ZT and new Hinderer wharncliffe for the past week. My ZT is M390 and Hinderer is CPM20CV. Love M390 and so far I can say the same for 20CV. I wouldn't worry about the CF scale. I dropped mine more than once and had some marks in it. No biggie on a user, but I did replace my CF scale for a titanium one.

The 808 has been drawing my eye for some time. The only ZT I own is the 450, which is the opposite of the 808 IMO, so I'm eager to try it out. It looks utterly robust, plus I love the aesthetic of wharnies. I'm torn between the blue anodized handle or sticking it out for one of those limited edition black ones (forget who sponsored the run).

I'm not on a computer unfortunately I'm on my phone, I don't even have access to a computer so I'm not sure that's an option for me. If anyone knows of a way for pictures to come up directly on a thread on mobile please let me know!
