Sent in my 560 for a weak detent a few weeks ago & just got a brand new knife in the mail this morning. Great job ZT/KAI, you have a customer for as long as you are around, or me for that matter.
 
Yep, the KAI crew is pretty hard to beat. You don't see that many companies do what they to to ensure a happy customer. I too am a customer for life.
