Well, well, well.....MAAP don't seem to workie no more on ZT products.
We are now pricing ALL ZT knives at attractive prices. Unfortunately, as you know, you will need to call us toll free 1.866.333.4445 or email the store for these prices (PITA I know). Not as straight-forward as I generally try to be, but I can not publicly advertise the prices as I am sure you know from all of the below posts.

If you choose MAAP pricing we offer Free Ground shipping....if you 'negotiate' the price, ground is 8.95...still a good bottom line price I think.
