Will I void the warranty if I disassemble any of my ZT knives to clean them?

No you will not. Clean away to your heart's content.

I had a torsion bar break on me and sent pictures of it to them, which shows I disassembled it, and they sent one right out. It doesn't say anything about it that I see http://www.kershawknives.com/warranty.php

Ya it's stupid that some companies void your warranty if you want to take apart the knife to clean it or otherwise.

I'm pretty sure they don't mind if you do light or reversible modifications too.

Keep in mind not everyone should have a screwdriver or torx driver in their hands. They get something apart then can't figure out how to reassemble it, lose parts, or worse they break parts. Also, not all knives are built the same way or are as simple to put together.

I want to take my 0200 apart,just don't know which side to start from.

shouldn't matter really, liner locks are very simple.
