It does not, because there wasn't any (it was a gift to me from Thomas of Kershaw). I'll ship to Canada, but whether it gets there or not is entirely at your risk. No guarantees. Let me know.

Meaning it has a factory sharp edge and has never cut anything? Just carried and opened a bunch of times?

Correct. It's probably been carried 10-15 times. And been flipped a lot more than that, but that's a good thing. The lock-up was pretty tight when I first got it.
