Zero Tolerance ZT0450 with titanium? deep carry clip

Beautiful little knife, comes without box but in fantastic shape. Previous owner carried it for a few months and sharpened it but it shows no wear on the blade, extremely sharp edge too. The clip is a deep carry clip, I believe it is titanium but I do not have confirmation on that, with a couple little scratches from pocket carry. There is a ding in one of the red standoffs (picture to note it). The blade is well centered, and the lockup is at 30-40%.
Spyderco Matriarch 2 DLC Emerson opener

Carried for 6 months, has the wear and some grime to show for it but still in fantastic condition. A few usage and wear marks on the DLC, especially near the pivot, but still fully intact coating. The clip has the most wear, per Spyderco usual, but still solidly in place. The pivot is a little loose but can be easily tightened, the blade is centered if you want it to be, the play is there but doesn't alter the way it functions at all. Rock solid lockup, no play up-down at all. Still very very sharp.

Barely used, a couple tiny carry marks on the scales and pocket clip that are visible in the photos, otherwise factory condition. Very smooth flip and lockup, rock solid too. Blade is centered nicely. 154CM with BOS heat treat, badass G&G Hawk design.
