I pre-ordered this from Knifecenter and it arrived last week, knife is lnib, box, bubble wrap, and papers included, blade has factory oil on it and some lint/debris in the oil. I tested sharpness on my arm and flipped it maybe 10 times, never carried or used other than described above. Its one of the smoothest knives I have ever owned, lockup is solid with no play in any direction, serial number is 0464 and its sharp. If you want better pictures just ask, these were done indoors and I can take some more outside when its light. I love the knife, its just quite large and If I am carrying something this big and heavy it would most likely be a fixed blade.
I am MAINLY looking for medium/larger sized Busse blades, NMSFNO, SFNO, or variant, ASH1, team gemini, or something similar for example. Colors and handle material are not all that important to me, blade thickness is, I prefer blades on the skinny side if possible. I will of course add cash if necessary.
Other trade possibilities,
O-1 Randall made fixed blades
Custom fixed blades or folders of similar value
Higher end production knives, limited edition or sprint runs, I like exotic steels.
Watches of similar or higher value, G-shock frogmen, or automatics?
If you have something else to offer feel free to run it by me but I am mainly looking for a Busse for an upcoming backpacking trip, please do not be offended if I say no. Please do not offer a trade if you are under 18 years old.
I DO NOT want several lower end knives, No serrations or FRN please.
