what is that circular discoloration in your 3rd pic (blade information side) also do you have the box etc?

Damn what are the chances....I've been looking for this configuration for about a year. Then yesterday I bit the bullet and ordered the knife+micarta scale..
Beautiful knife man!, may I ask why you're getting rid of it?
