In my experience, speedsafe can also rattle body screws loose. On metal handled knives anyway. They should have locctite on them from the factory but, if you ever disassemble the knife you may want to add a new dab to them.

That is something I am afraid of. So far, the purple thread locker keeps the pivot screw in place, so I would use it when body screws get loosen.

It depends on the thickness of the o-ring/washer, but generally - yes, a tiny bit
