SOLD I bought this Saturday, carried it Saturday and have not used/cut with it. I bought it new, but think i came to the conclusion that it was a impulse buy.
No scratches, centered, very smooth (i had 4 to choose from), lock up 20-30%ish and solid, has box, papers, bubble wrap.
I can usually ship the next day, but can't guarantee it.
