I just purchased a zt300 and love the thing but I had a concern when I was looking the knife over. There was a VERY small gap between the scale and and liner up by the pivot screw/bolt. The nut was only finger tight which I found odd. I tightened the nut just a little tighter trying to get the scale to sit flush then tried opening it and it didn't have enough oompf to get all the way open. Now I tried loosening it back to where it was and the deployment seems to have slowed significantly and wont open all the way anymore under the force of just the spring. If that is unclear what I mean is if I SLOWLY push the flipper little by little once the assist takes over it doesn't successfully open all the way.
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
