For sale here famous custom Zubeng Forge Tamahagane steel knife.

This is a very nice and very practical size fixed blade knife.

Master Chen is using his custom made Tamahagane steel for all his knives and sword. Search Youtube for some awesome videos.

Please: wish to see top and bottom pics. what is blade spine thickness? length of grip?; what is blade thickness just behind the bevel (edge)? Is this designed for kitchen duty? What is steel blade type, edge Rockwell hardness and major constituents? Blade is carbon-steel and is assumed to patina quite easily? Grip is make out of ___?
Is knife to serve as a gyuto-style for culinary duty?

Blade size: ~3 3/4"

Blade thickness ~2-2.5 mm

Grip length ~ 3 1/4"

The knife is designed as utility knife but can be very useful for any kitchen duties also.

Hardness more then 64Rc per maker, The grip is made of stabilized wood.

The blade is made of Tamahagane steel, which is a high carbon.
