Zugang edge re-profiling

I love the Zugang! I find the design beautiful, and the manufacturing quality on the knife I received was, as expected, fantastic.

The only thing I didn't love was the factory edge, as it wasn't very sharp. I suspect this was a result of a rather obtuse apex angle, and a bit of burr remaining:

I re-profiled the edge using my WorkSharp Ken Onion with the Blade Grinding Attachment set to 15 degrees per side, to get a polished convex edge:

My Zugang is now shaving-sharp. :)
