Pretty sure the 0550 and 0551 are identical except for the blade steel and the pattern of texturing on the G10. So yes, the framelock thickness should be the same.

MAAP is the lowest price you can advertise. Many dealers will sell for -30% if you email them.

$175 should be a good street price in a few months, once the rush is over. I paid about that shipped for my 0551.

Yep, I know what MAAP pricing is and how some dealers sell for less than that (by not advertising the lowest price they'll do).

I mentioned earlier in the thread that it looks like there are a few more differences, compared to the 0551 I have. But I haven't heard anything confirming or denying that from Kershaw.
