0560CFCB Serial number soundoff

The crazy part is the ones that didn't make the cut were probably pretty much flawless, especially compared to what some other companies let out.

I can understand that this is a passionate subject and feelings are involved, people do not like to hear a countering opinion or anything remotely negative.

Please understand my post is not a dig or knock, just an opinion and my feelings are not involved at all.

How is offering up a countering opinion nit-picking?
This is a discussion forum where we shoot the breeze regarding similar interests.

It is a valid point to raise and discuss like adults without getting our feelings hurt and offering opinions you may not like is not a dig.

If it genuinely bothered me I would vote with my wallet (have two on the way) to me it's just a number which has very little importance to me personally, I just want what looks like an awesome knife.

Am I thankful that a company had brought such a knife to the table - yes.

Again, just offering an non emotional opinion in this discussion.

Offering a countering opinion isn't nit-picking at all. I wasn't even referring to you when I said that. You never even crossed my mind when I said that. I was talking about other people in general that like to complain about the littlest things. I have no problem with people constructively discussing their opinions about a knife. Without people discussing their opinions, the companies wouldn't know what to potentially change on a product. They would never know what people do and do not like.

ZT just made more than they should have to get to the desired 1000, allowing for some to not be perfect, that's all :D

I get your point, but it also makes the 'over' numbers kind of interesting. I REALLY hope 1029 turns out to be the highest number.
