Technically well over a thousand have been made on the assumption that an additional knife was produced to replace one which failed QC or ruined during manufacture.

Who really knows until we get an official word on this.

At least from what I can gather less than a thousand have been released to the market.
 
Welp got another email from ZT today, I don't know if somebody read the other email and figured out it was wrong or what but this one said they made 1500 CBCF's and they didn't let any blems go through so the total is somewhere between 1300 and 1400 total made which makes for about a 10% blem rate which is about right.
 
Good I should be able to pick one up sometime in the near future for a decent price after my knife budget gets back under control.

This knife is amazing and I'm just glad I was able to grab one. Still a pretty small run :)

0766 here! Nice knife! I wish they didn't cut clip holes in the CF though! Damn lefties!! :D Is that line on the blade just for looks or does it serve a purpose of some sorts??

That's where the steels are mated together.
 
0943 made it to my hands (joins my #1013 user). No flaws that I can find in either!
