1,000th post contest, Hey Grandpa, whats for supper?!

Ok Im in you guys ate some NASTY stuff I was pretty intimidated but I think I came up with a good entry. I hope so because if I dont win the BK11 I just ate the grossest thing Ive ever put in my mouth. The infamous omelet MRE a really old one at that. These things are sooo gross they have become the stuff of legends. They have been discontinued since no one ever ate them. The whole time i was in I never saw anyone eat the actual omelet. Once when we were in the field restricted to 1 MRE a day a buddy of mine ate grubs and termites and threw away the omelet. The texture taste and smell can be best described as eating a slimy dirty yellow dish sponge. To make the contest a little better I threw a big gob of mayo on the top and ate the hash browns too.

The MRE was eaten cold right out of the pack with the mayo for Murph.
I really had planned on downing the whole thing but I just couldn't choke down more than 4 bites.
Thanks for the contest I sure need an 11 to open my beer.
 
Getting close to last call folks, 5 hours left unless I get a decent request for an extension.
 
Dammit Josh I was totally going to go get a live goldfish...
 
I survived my Mother in laws cooking! Does that count! YIKES! That women couldn't boil water right.
 
OK people - I forgot about the contest then noticed late tonight that I was running out of time so I had to use what I had available.
I was gonna stop by the bait shop and make a grub/earthworm/cricket smoothie - but this will have to do.

Murph - Thanks for the opportunity - I love these contests!

The hardest part was not laughing while my wife is about to puke while taking the pictures!

excellent efforts to all who have posted! This one is seriously tough, but really I'm giving it to PsyOp. Congrats man, let me know which you'd rather have, 11 or 14 and let me know your addy and we'll get her out tomorrow.I'm not sure what was in that diaper and will probably never know for sure, but the perception of it all plus making a second attempt after that MRE with mayo, yuck! No kidding guys, thanks for making this a good run.
 
You other guys that submitted, for your efforts pm me your addy's I'll get you out some Norton stones next week. Y'all gotta get something for your torment, the least I could do is Fiskerize you a little.

Haha great thread, I have definitely enjoyed watching this progress! The anchorman reference got me laughing pretty good :)

Thanks guy, but I couldn't accept your offer for eating something I'd eat anyway out of curiosity, at least it was food. The postage would cost more than the stones anyway. That MRE makes airline food look like cordon blue, but the diaper contents? Eeeeyyeeeew! Congrats to Psyop, but you, josh and geek are nuts!
