I don't have an Opinel yet. I've picked up some of the other necessities like a Svord, Sodbuster, and 110, but I haven't gotten to the Opinel yet.
 
Not an entry; just wanted to say thanks for the cool GAW. :thumbup: Opinels are great knives that every knife nut should try at least once. ;):D:thumbup:

Usually I'm all about entering giveaways (the plan is to use the knives as "prizes" for the scout troop I work with), but I already own an Opinel. So this is not an entry.

They're great knives, and are another of the "I think everyone that says they like knives should try one" (the other being a Mora). Just because they set a great standard for price/performance. That, and most people have never used a blade that slices so well, so it changes expectations.

I just bought mine, too! Dang it. lol. Here is a pic of my mod to give the contestants something to look forward to.
