I hate to post without an offer to buy it, but Damn! that be a gorgeous knife! and a steal at that price. Great job!

That just looks right ! Kitchen , large stiff salt water fillet.
That would spend a lot of time out of the block.

Butch, I hope you have some more knives ready to be posted for sale. I don't have anything from you yet but am looking for just the right item.

i will ba cutting out a few more slicers in this size range but i dont know when i ll get to finishing them. see i need to make up a batch of cpm154 so i ll cut out my orders and then a few "extra blades" and when i get to to them i get to them

Butch, This knife is really fantastic.I would have bought this, but I know from my own experience, that I need synthetic handles in my kitchen. My knives get a lot of hard use,in the kitchen
I would definitly be interested in one of these with synthetic scales, please contact me when you approach getting them ready & we can discuss the handle
You are consistently posting & selling fantastic knives here, keep up the great work & Thanks,
-Vince

I'm looking for something more in the 3" - 4" range from you. I would not actually use a slicer this big.

Any of those in the works?
