I had a surprise in my mailbox late yesterday afternoon. Our friend Randy (

) sent me this GAW prize. What a wonderful Schatt & Morgan Barlow! A great example of what Queen could do! I don't have many, and this is one I will surely treasure.
Anytime I get my hands on a knife made in PA it takes me back to my boyhood, where my summers were spent in Western PA, including Tionesta, Titusville, Tidioute and that area. My uncle Ange had a home on the Allegheny River near Tidioute and my cousin Mark, Rich and I (Mark is a year older, Rich, who passed at 38, a year younger) spent many wonderful summer days fishing and exploring, always with a traditional knife in our pockets. I love the Keystone shield, Pennsylvania being the Keystone State.
Thanks, Randy, for the great gift and your generosity and contributions to the forum.
