100 Year Anniversary Models

Sky, Yep . I think we should just show up at ole Plumber's house and say, well I was told the party was going to be here . DM ;)

Here's another one not previously shown. I thought the bear paw cut-out was a good right-back-at-ya to Schrade. I love this knife!

Any detailed info or comments would be much appreciated. Thanks! -Dave

Dave T...good looking knife:thumbup:...thanks for the pics.

I knew there were several that were made for the Canadian market. I remember seeing the red handles but don't recall the PB cutout.

Maybe other northern neighbors will have different models and post pics. Preston

Preston, I agree ! Dave T. I had no knowledge of that 100yr. Anniversary knife . Good photos as well . Thanks . Keep posting those rare models guys, I'm watching . DM

Here is a link to 110Dave's photo of that knife above. His photo knife has a clear side and the red scale with 100 year inset. I remember when that knife was for sale on ebay.

JB, It looks like two different knives in that picture to me, right... A half clear one and a 100 year one... They look cool to me... I wish I could see the other side of that clear one... ITE ... :confused: ... :thumbup:

Same to me Armand. It appears to me that we are looking at the nail nick side of two different knives in that picture, not two sides of the same knife. Plus there's no cutout in the blade of the clear one.

In my early return to Buck knife collecting days I would print a copy of an ebay auction I wanted to remember. I'd follow many auctions and write the final sale price for similar Items for ave sales price on a type of knife I was interested in. So I just dug out my old auction documents.....and.....you two are correct. I viewed that photo in my mind as having one clear side and one red scaled side all these years, LOL. The pic's in the auction photo do show the nail nick side of the knife in each photo only:foot:. (Myth Busted)

Thanks for your comments guys. You can't see it on my pics but the blade is etched with "73 of 100" so it was indeed a very limited edition. I didn't know that it was only a Canadian offering but I can confirm I bought it at a pawnshop in BC and not on ebay. Cheers! -Dave

Hi Preston,

Here is a photo of the Palm wood 100 YR cutout 119.

I also have a few 110's (gold etch, & blade cut outs) and at least one 112 with the 100 year medallion's. I took a look and these all have the anvil stamp.

That's the coolest cutout 119 I've ever seen.:thumbup::cool:
