All right people, one more day.
It doesn't look like the 100 slots are going to be filled by tomorrow, so here is how I will resolve any issues regarding the drawn Pick3 numbers. As it is possible that numbers drawn won't garner a winner as outlined in my first post so in that case;
Using 1, 2, and 3 as example drawn numbers, I will take two digit numbers from these positions as follows...
1&2
1&3
2&1
2&3
3&1
3&2
in that order.
If none of those combinations leads to a winner, the numbers from the next days Pick3 will be used in the same fashion and so on until there is a winner.
This thread will be locked at some point between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm Sept 17, 2009 and a new thread will be started with the results.
