This is post 100 for me and to celebrate I'm doing a giveaway. I've tried other forums but this is the first one that feels like home. Since I find myself with two #33 Whittlers, and I only "need" one, I'm putting this ebony example up for grabs. It's been carried a few times but never sharpened. A simple "I'm in" is fine (traditional forum regulars please) but there's one stipulation - the winner must (attempt to) whittle something with the knife and post his or her result here. :p I'll let it run for a week or so, winner to be determined by the number of times Izzy and Kingsley bark at the UPS man or something equally random and silly. Crappy pic:

Congratulations on reaching your centenary post LA, and I'm very glad that you've found a home away from home with us on the porch. This is not an entry, I have the exact same model, serial no 16, and I can confirm that they are superb knives. Good luck everyone!

I'm in! I'd love to have that knife! If I won, you'd probably ask for it back after seeing my whittling. :)
 
I'm not sure I'm a regular here just yet - if I happen to win it can be up to the regulars if I qualify, so I'm in. :)

Always wanted to try this whittler. If I win I'll whittle an Airedale Terrier. I'm in, thanks!
 
I've always wanted to try whittling a ball in a cage. And I certainly wouldn't say "no" to such a great little knife. Thanks for the chance, and thank you for your generosity.
