Yep, you got it!!! Love it!I'm gonna call it done, I did some more finishing to the leather and some more on the aluminum.
perfect. looks awesome. a Buck custom they should make, but even better cause it was done by you.
yep.
It's not really bigger, the ends are just expanded into the chamfered hole.yep.
i dig it. you should be happy, it turned out great. I guess removing the pin was tricky again on this one. see ya went to the larger brass pin. which I dig on it as well. like it.
How much did you pay?I'm joining with my most cherished knife.
I paid too much. (Nope, this was worth every penny!).
Came with several other nice knives at an estate sale. I thank the departed owner.

Complicated question. Memory is imperfect. How much did you pay?
H.
That’s really nice man, well done
Thank you, that’s too much.Complicated question. Memory is imperfect.
When I said I'd take them all if they sweetened the price I got a big discount.
The cost was still high because their prices were too high. Relatives of dead collector selling.
They didn't have good idea of what the knives were worth--so they just made up crazy prices.
I think this one had been priced at $300 and on the reduction for the whole group I figure I probably paid about $200 for this one alone.
I did get a bunch of interesting and hard to find stuff, so I didn't feel too bad about it.
Thank you, that’s too much.

The person Craig sold that alum guard version Houser made is alive. No estate sale happened.Complicated question. Memory is imperfect.
