Yes it is a 602. I bought it on ebay and it didn't look good.I took a chance and won the bid at $17.00.It also didn't have a sheath.

I was fortunate that I was able to remove the crud from the handle.I also removed scratches from the blade and finished it with 600 grit.

I then discovered this Buck sheath and it fit .It's a little tactical but it works really well.

If i like the pro with that green burlap micarta i will consider a 119and a 105 and maybe a 103. Yes i have been very good keeping the ole credit card nice and cool. 😄

I think you'll like the 102 Pro... I have a 120, 119, 105 and a 102 (and maybe a 103 to complete things out), and I find that all of the handles look more like a brown snakeskin to me, than a green burlap micarta... like what I mentioned in this post, with a snakeskin leather comparison:

Well not quite accurate.It all depends if you think 3/4" beyond the tip of the blade is too long.

This the sheath I use for the 602.
117 brahma sheath

The sheath I use for the 632 doesn't currently appear on the website.The number is 119-05-BK4.It was the sheath Buck supplied with the 119 Brahma.

Thank you, sporting, that was a misunderstanding. I thought you wanted to put the 639 into a 117 sheath.
and yes, I meant the 117 sheath is too long. I wouldn’t like it if the blade is too short or the sheath too long. I’m somewhat picky in this case. What’s about the straps, do you get them closed?
