112 Custom Rumor???

Is it on their site or do we have to order via phone?

If we must call, who/what number do we call? Anyway to know the options before hand?

Not going to happen soon but I should be able to make it happen.

Telephone only I believe. 1-800-326-2825 ext 3. You'll talk to Pete or Sarah. I understand that the 110 options will be what you have to choose from...I'm playing around with their sites "build a knife" for different configurations. Its nice to see a visual on the thing before you order it.
 
So....Where's Sarah's post announcing this great new offering at Buck??? :confused:

Chicken- I'll be glad to give you my spot here :D No waiting, I"ll meet you at the airfield, will even throw in all the required gear (only a little dirty and worn).

Yes you have to call the CS and place your order. As already stated you get to select the same mateirals that are avalible for 110's, at the same cost as the 110's.

1) S30V, NS, FG, SB, with black leather sheath.
2) S30V, NS, FG, RH, with black leather sheath.
No BG-42 & no Dammy:o. Ship date is 5-6 weeks.

It appears that all the pertinent information has already been posted, but to reiterate: materials for the 112 are the same as those currently listed for the 110, price is the same, and you must order by phone; delivery date will be in the five to six week range, but the offer will apparently be available for only about one month, so anyone that is interested needs to pony up to the bar. I already have a stag, elk, and ram handled 112, so I ordered a smooth asian water buffalo FG NS with mirrow polished blade and a jigged asian water buffalo NS with SV30. Incidentally, for all those that ordered a damascus 110 some time back and have those on backorder, Pete also said those should be available in about a month as well.

It may or may not have been emailed out as well...Sarah sent out her somewhat regular notice about the latest Factory Sale on 090508...but you need Office to read it (which I don't use), so I can't say for sure... :rolleyes:

Curious that Sarah hasn't posted it though...

(I wonder if I have Sarah on my Ignore list?...along with 334dave and Goose...) :D
 
Called them yesterday and ordered:

112 - cherrywood, NS, S30V
112 - indigo blue, NS, S30V

Pete mentioned 6-7 weeks for delivery.

Wished I could afford the Sambar...:(
 
humm no one said of Walnut..or KOA..or Ironwood..
too bad... i guess those are used up..
i guess the 119 wont be this trip around ...
would be too much for one man to handle

That KOA 110 looked so good I had to have some more of that.

Pete says that they may start grinding blades now but may wait till end of Oct. and do all orders at once. I asked him to post an official "Here's what we are doing" on the forum. He also, said they've had 10 orders for 112s and they are all multi-knife orders. That's good.:cool::cool::cool:

I also asked Pete if they were going to do a sprint run/offer on CS 119s. Pete says he doesn't know anything about that but would ask Sarah.

I think if they do offer a CS 119 I'd would love a S30V & Black Micarta or KOA.

I wish. The way my back has been hurting I don't feel like a young'en. But thanks, it is a state of mind as much as anything. I hear the 40s are the new 20s but I can't convince my wife to act that way. ;););)
